Fridas Pier brings electronic club culture onto a former 80-metre cargo ship on the Neckar. The lower deck is the focused club room with a Funktion-One sound system, while the upper deck and pier open up for day events and outdoor formats during the warmer months. Musically, the programme moves through different shades of house and techno into psychedelic and melodic electronic music. The industrial character of the former coal-loading site is part of the venue’s identity, as is the river directly outside. Fridas Pier works as a club, cultural space and meeting point for nights that shift between an intimate dance floor and a broad open-air setting.
