About A*S*Y*S
A*S*Y*S is Frank Ellrich's project exploring acid-infused techno and hard trance. Originally founded together with Kai Tracid, it has been Ellrich's solo project since 2006. His releases on Tracid Traxxx and his own Fe Records label combine driving rhythms with the distinctive sound of classic acid synthesisers.
